54 分钟Russian President Vladimir Putin has ramped up his 25th official visit to China.
It came as this year marks the 30th anniversary of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination
and 25 years since the signing of the Treaty of Good Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the two countries.
During the visit, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Putin held extensive talks,
issued a joint statement on deepening bilateral ties, and witnessed the signing of a series of cooperation agreements.
Also making headlines is that the visit came just four days after US President
Donald Trump finished his trip to Beijing.
So what does Putin's visit reveal about the state of China-Russia relations today?
What can we expect from bilateral cooperation in the years ahead?
And what could Beijing's interactions with Trump and Putin within just two weeks mean for the future of the world?
