So something I've been working on in my life lately is getting better at saying no.
I really like making people happy.
So saying no is hard for me, but it's getting more and more important, protecting my energy,
spending time with my family, making sure that I only say yes to the things that are really important.
So I went back recently and re-listened to an old work-life episode.
Adam did an episode a couple of years ago on saying no, and it's really great.
So I wanted to share it with all of you today because it was super helpful to me to revisit it.
So I thought it might help some of you.
This is a topic I'm really excited to keep exploring.
I'm looking for a great guest to come on and talk about it.
But unfortunately, all the people I've asked to come on and talk about saying no,
experts at boundaries and things like that.
Well, they've all said no.
So while our search continues for the perfect guest on this topic, I hope you enjoy this old episode of Work Life.
