Well, I have been doing some of those online quizzes, and of course they're not medically binding,
but I did find out that I have a secure attachment style, and apparently that's the best one.
What it means is that technically I should be quite comfy getting close to someone in a relationship,
but also having my own independence.
And attachment theory feels like it's everywhere right now.
On TikTok, there are loads of influencers and relationship coaches talking about it.
And it's even come up for me on quite a few dates.
