NYC office conversions have moved from a niche strategy to a meaningful part of New York City's housing pipeline, with 74 projects permitted so far in 2026 and 122 underway across the city. North Bridge also sees hotels as the next repositioning wave. Hotel sales rose 28% in the first half of the year.
