The relationship between China and the United States is recognized as one of the most
important bilateral ties in the world.
Since the 1970s, this relationship has seen highs and lows and gone through many twists and turns.
How to rate the current state of bilateral ties?
Is this relationship being kept on a relatively stable path?
To explore these questions, I had the privilege to speak with a former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense
who was personally involved in the restaurant.
