47 分钟Hey listeners, before we start, I wanted to let our friends
out west know about an event I'm doing in the City of Angels next week.
On Tuesday, January 20th at 7 p.m., I'll be in conversation with my colleague Jamel Buie and our boss,
the head of New York Times opinion, Katie Kingsbury.

The Library Foundation of Los Angeles is kindly hosting us.
You can find more information in our show notes and you can buy tickets for the event online.
Just go to LFLA.org slash calendar and check out the event for January 20th at 7 p.m.
