Tariffs on about $20 billion worth of Canadian imports is today.
And as NPR's Emily Fang reports, it's causing a lot of uncertainty for American businesses.
Jeff Quint is the owner of Cedar Ridge Distillery, which makes craft bourbon from Iowa corn.
He likes to say his business is the first legal distillery in Iowa.
