Investigators say they still don't know why the co-pilot of a fly Dubai flight
en route from the United Arab Emirates to Israel attacked the pilot yesterday.
Passengers say the pilot, who'd been stabbed, managed to open the cockpit door,
allowing passengers to subdue the co-pilot, who's described as Omani.
Almag-Itali was a passenger aboard that flight.
It took three or four minutes until we took over the airplane,
and immediately the third pilot managed to balance the aircraft, and we were looking for someplace to land.
During the incident, the airliner dropped thousands of feet before making an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the incident as a failed attempt to crash the plane.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says his decision to cut roughly 20 percent of generals and admirals in the U.S.
Military is long overdue.
In a speech at Marine Base Quantico in Virginia yesterday,
Hegseth said he was doubling his previously announced cut of 10 percent.
