Roundtable's Yuxin was joined by Alex Lam, assistant professor at the College of AI at Tsinghua University.
Having worked across North America and now based here in China,
Alex offers a rare insider's view into how the global AI race is really unfolding.

Today, I am joined by Alex Lam, assistant professor at the College of AI, Tsinghua University.
And Alex, I know you studied and worked in North America, but can you please also introduce yourself to your listeners?

I'm Alex Lam.
I grew up in western Maryland in a town called Mount Airy in the United States.
I actually grew up on a dairy farm.
I did my undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University.
