As I enter into the last year of my 20s, I want to talk about the fear and pressure that can come with aging. In this episode, I talk about society’s obsession with youth (especially for women), romanticizing past versions of ourselves, and how confidence, self-worth, and what actually matters evolves with age. If you’ve ever felt like your value has an expiration date, I hope this conversation leaves you feeling more at peace, more confident, and maybe even excited to grow older. 🌷🫶🏻💭 Trying Not to Care is sponsored by Whatnot - Download the Whatnot app today and get free shipping on your first order.
