单集文稿 ...

  • Hello, welcome back to my slow English vlog.

  • Today, I'm going to be showing you what I eat in a day.

  • I'm not sure why so many people are interested in this topic.

  • Today, I started with buying a juice from the market near my house.

  • Orange juice.

  • I love the combination of carrots with orange juice.

  • The orange juice is sweet and the carrots are creamy.

  • So together it creates a sweet and creamy drink.

  • I also added a scoop of creatine because I normally make a banana smoothie,

  • but today I decided to just stick with my juice.

  • I normally don't eat much for breakfast, but I eat an early lunch.

  • I eat lunch around 11 or 12, usually also something light.

  • Before anything, though, I wake up and I drink water.

  • I usually get hungry around 10 a.m., if not earlier, like 9. I'm not starving, but...

  • I'm getting hungry.

  • I'm getting there.

  • I usually don't have an appetite for breakfast, for big breakfasts.

  • Like a lot of people that I know eat eggs for breakfast every morning.

  • But to me, that's a little bit too heavy.

  • Hola, soy Natalie Marcus, nutróloga y conductora del podcast Las 3 R's.
