Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy! Check out the full episode: https://greatness.lnk.to/1914DM Emma Grede doesn't believe in needing just one person to complete you, but she absolutely needs people. Her life is a tapestry of deep, intentional relationships: her husband, her sisters, her close circle. When she left home for opportunity, she learned a hard truth. The price of ambition is familiarity. You lose the people and places that make you feel like yourself. That sacrifice shaped everything. She now actively hunts for fear because she knows that's where growth happens. She's retrained her mind to look at failure not as a character flaw but as a moment where life is trying to teach her something. For women especially, she argues emotions aren't liabilities. They're tools you learn to manage, not suppress. What's your next scary move? Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. • In a beautiful marriage though.

  • Not that you need your husband, but in some ways we need other people to experience beautiful moments of life

  • and to experience more love and abundance.

  • So I guess I'm asking, not questioning you, but asking like, where is that line of not needing someone?

  • But also needing other people to create those moments in your life.

  • So I love that question because I'm somebody that really thrives in community.

  • Like it's like I have my people, like my ride or die.

  • And make no mistake, like I need my husband.

  • My husband is somebody that I think is my best friend.

  • And he's the person that I find the most interesting on the planet.

  • And I still really fancy him.

  • God and i really need him i think that i do n't when i say i do n't need anyone my expectation on people is never
