Responding to this concerning shift, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday issued the working paper
on the issue of Japan's nuclear armament.
According to the paper, Japan's problematic remarks and moves pose a grave challenge and blatant provocation
to the world's nuclear non-proliferation regime order.
