  So we last met on the stage in Jaipur in India, where I was interviewing you.

  It was your birthday, I remember, and we organised a cake.

  Has it been a good year since?

  It has, yeah.

  It's flown though, I can't believe.

  It's what's middle of June now, nearly July, so yeah, just time absolutely flies, but it's been fun.

  You know, I had a busy life before, obviously, as a full-time politician,

  but now I'm doing a mix of things, you know, academic work, teaching, research.

  Writing both the book and my columns and the times and then also um serving on some boards

  uh so yeah very very very varied life a lot of travel um but yeah time flies but i thought

  april was great it was the first really big book festival i'd ever been to i'd really recommend
