It's now been one week since President Trump announced that his Board of Peace
had reached a historic agreement in Gaza for the complete disarmament of Hamas.
The US President described it as a monumental step toward peace and security.
It's a great breakthrough.
Nobody's ever thought that would... nobody thought that would be possible to disarm Hamas.
Trump says that as Hamas disarms, Israeli forces would withdraw.
So it's a big step for the Middle East and people are really impressed by it and they're surprised.
The question of who goes first still seems unresolved.
Hamas confirmed that it agreed to the plan.
The Israeli Prime Minister says his country did not agree to the terms.
And in the days since this deal was all made public, Israeli strikes in Gaza have continued.
