signed Wednesday with Saudi Arabia for a civilian nuclear program.

Trump said the deal would require Saudi Arabia to normalize relations with Israel through the Abraham Accords.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Levin was asked why that wasn't included in the initial announcement of the deal.

On Capitol Hill, the House went one way, the Senate the other way, on curbing President Trump's Iran war power.
The House resolution directs Trump to halt military action unless he obtains congressional approval.
It passed on a 214 to 208 vote, with four Republicans joining Democrats in voting for it.
