My name is Wendy and I am a storyteller and a writer.
I have a fantastic tale to tell you from the Ashanti people of Ghana in West Africa.
This is the story of why the leopard has spots.
So please get comfortable and we will begin.
There once was a time when Leopard had no spots.
His fur was many shades of chestnut brown, which helped him to blend into the colours of the forest.
He would silently come and go without being noticed, and Leopard loved his cloak of invisibility.
