ensuring that the benefits of data development are shared more broadly and serve people worldwide.
In a congratulatory letter marking the funding of the World Data Organization,
he calls for stronger innovation in digital technologies and deeper international cooperation to promote the safe,
orderly and efficient flow and use of data.
Has held its first general meeting in Beijing as its official establishment.
