单集简介 ...

The routines that once supported us don't always fit every season of life. • One student recently asked me, why is it that when things get really hard, I go back to my practice?

  • But when things are going well, I drift away from it.

  • And I smiled a little when she said that because I've experienced that too.

  • I think for many of us, when things feel stable, we don't feel the same urgency to return to what supports us.

  • And slowly, without really noticing, we lose our rhythm.
