Welcome to the Listening Time podcast.
Hey everybody, this is Connor and you're listening to episode 118 of the Listening Time podcast.
Thank you all for listening.
I hope you're all doing well today and that you're ready to learn a little bit about buying a house in the US.
That's the topic of today's episode, and I've never bought a house in the US.
I've never been through this process before.
So I'm going to talk from the knowledge that I have, but not from experience.
So I'm not giving any advice here.
And if you live in the US and you want to buy a house, then you'll definitely need to consult experts and do research and all of that.
But I just kind of want to give some general points regarding buying a house in the US, just to give you an idea of what it's like.
And I'll also talk a little bit about owning a house and the things that you need to pay that you might not know about.
So we'll talk about these different things today.
I think this will be educational for all of us, me included, because I had to do some research and get some ideas on online while I was preparing for this episode, so it was also educational for me.
And I think you'll all learn a little bit about this topic from this episode and it should be interesting.
