  • Hello.

  • Welcome to eat your crust podcast.

  • I'm Crystal.

  • And I'm Jisoo.

  • You're probably wondering what the point of this podcast is, and I'm sure you're wondering what the heck is up with the name of this podcast.

  • Let's start with why.

  • I started this podcast.

  • Because I wanted my voice to be heard and I wanted to create a platform for my, my friends and I to talk about anything and everything, including the crust.

  • And crust also happens to be a high school nickname of mine, so I thought it just kind of worked with the title get your daily dose of crust, or I guess not daily, but yeah, you get the idea.

  • I believe my friends and I have some interesting stories that people can relate to.

  • My friend group is a group of new grads.

  • We're all around the same age, and we're all asian Americans living in the Bay area, kind of finding our way as we grow older.

  • Hopefully this podcast can make people laugh, relate, and maybe even get conversations started.

  • So I brought my good friend Jisoo on to be my co host.

  • We met in college at UC San Diego, and I think she has a lot of good stories, points of views, and she also has a really good radio voice, so.

  • Aww.

  • Thanks, Crystal.

  • Honestly, when Crystal first asked me to be her co host, I was really nervous.

  • I wasn't sure if I was going to be the right person for the role.

  • But I think when we started planning and brainstorming, I realized that I was getting really excited.
