  • Hi.

  • Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.

  • I'm Crystal.

  • I'm Jisoo.

  • And I'm Eve.

  • So today's guest is.

  • I don't want to say very special, because we've been calling out that we call every guest very special, but she is very special.

  • She actually grew up in Minnesota, which I think is a first for our podcast.

  • And she came to California for school, went to UCLA for college, and she's.

  • About to leave for school again, going to nursing school soon.

  • Welcome, Eve.

  • Hi.

  • Thank you.

  • Thanks for having me.

  • So the reason why we said Eve was so special was one, of course, as mentioned earlier, she grew up in Minnesota, which is cool.

  • I feel like we haven't had too many guests who are out of state or, like, grew up out of state yet, so I think that's, like, a really cool, fresh, new perspective.

  • And the second thing is, Eve is actually an adopted Asian American.

  • And I believe you were adopted into a white family, right?

  • I was, yes.

  • We were actually dmed on Insta by Mae, and she's one of our listeners, and she was talking about how she herself is also adopted and would love to hear more stories about adopted Asian Americans.
