Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
I'm Jisoo.
And I'm Sarah.
Our guest this week is Sarah, who is from our episode Asian American Beauty standards, and we thought it would be fun to bring her on this episode and talk about what it's like to live with your significant other.
So, for context, Sarah is currently in Boston living with her boyfriend, and Jisoo is currently living with her boyfriend, and I am not.
Thanks for having me back.
So, I guess, to kick this off, Sarah, why don't we share a little bit about why we decided to move in with our boyfriends?
Okay.
So it was just right after college, we graduated, and I was going to school in upstate New York.
And after I graduated, I wanted to stay in the east coast a little longer before moving back full time to California.
Tom and I, my boyfriend and I, we were going back and forth on living in New York City or Boston or any other major city in the east coast.
We just thought that Boston would be a good fit, and we both decided to move to the city after.
So then did you guys both get jobs there after you decided to go to Boston, or were you kind of applying to multiple cities on the east coast and then decided that out of these different offers or different jobs, you wanted to choose Boston?
It's funny because I think that we both set our minds on Boston as a city, and then we decided to just focus, focus finding jobs in Boston, and we didn't actually find jobs and then moved to Boston.
We moved to Boston first, and then we were looking, obviously, before, but we didn't actually have anything solidified before we moved.
And then we were just scramming.
Yeah, we were.
We were scramming to, like, find some place to live, and then everything kind of just fell in place two weeks after we moved, and then we found jobs after, then.
