Hi.
Welcome back to eat your Crez podcast.
I'm Jisoo.
I'm Crystal.
And I'm Michelle.
So some of you might recognize Michelle's voice.
She actually was on our podcast on Way back, episode 37, where we talked about startups and sustainability.
This week, we've invited Michelle on to talk about big friendship.
So big friendship is actually from a book literally called big Friendship.
And it was funny because when Michelle first read this book, she and I were chatting once and then she was like, this book is so good.
Like, you all have to read it.
And then we ended up reading it and then having like, a mini book club meeting about it.
But yeah, this book talks a lot about friendships and their life cycles.
It's very interesting because the authors of this book, they also befriended each other outside of college.
So it's like a true adult friendship, and they kind of explore how it evolved and how it's grown and how they've improved and worked on it.
We don't intend this episode to necessarily be a book review, but while reading this book, we all felt like there were a ton of cool concepts talked about that we thought was valuable to share to any of our listeners.
And especially since for the three of us, friendship is such a big, important part of our lives, I think we each took away a different meaningful concept while reading it.
So I guess we can start off by defining what big friendship is.
So big friendship, the authors define it as a bond of great strength, force, and significance that transcends life phases, geography, and emotional shifts.
And a friendship would qualify as a big friendship if it affects most aspects of each person's life.
