Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
I'm Jisoo.
And I'm Kristen.
Today's episode is actually sort of a mini follow up slash, sort of linked to one of the episodes that Crystal and I did recently called our beef with cooking.
Today.
We really wanted to talk about, now that we live independently away from our parents, how do we manage things like waste, food waste?
How do we recycle and go a little bit into, like, some small habits we picked up along the way that hopefully make us a little bit more sustainable?
I'm very excited because our guest today is a close friend and also someone who's been on the podcast before.
Her name is Kristen.
Please go check out episode 28, solo travel and foreign romances that we recorded with her.
I think she is the perfect example of trying to be a little bit mindful about sustainability while still managing to enjoy, you know, living alone.
So welcome, Kristen, if you want to give a quick intro for yourself.
Yeah, thanks for the intro.
Like they said, I'm Kristen, and I've been living on my own since, like, the fall of 2018.
So a couple of years now.
And I think that my parents raised me with pretty sustainable habits, but I've definitely picked up some new ones as an adult.
Just, you know, the more you learn, the more you feel you don't know.
But I'm happy to be going into it more during this episode.
