But this week we have Amy on because she is, without a doubt, the healthiest person in our friend group.
And we thought it would be really cool to have her on to talk about our personal relationships with health, whether that's mental, physical, even spiritual health, and also explore our personal relationships with our body and mind and just, like, overall health.

And I think this is an especially relevant topic right now because we are just coming out of quarantine, where we were pretty isolated and just staying at home for the last year.
