Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crest podcast.
I'm Jisoo.
I'm Crystal.
I'm Esther.
So today we have on a very special guest.
I kind of miss saying that.
We used to say that all the time in our earlier podcast.
But Esther, I think, is especially a special guest because she has been playing sports pretty much all her life, as far as I know.
And she has been a huge influence in getting a lot of her friends to be more active in their adult lives, which I know in my adult life, I need.
So today we brought on Esther to talk about her journey playing sports through high school and college, as well as running a volleyball ring for her friends.
Oh, God.
When you say volleyball ring, for some reason that sounds so like threatening a.
Mafia ring, you better show up.
Well, I know it's a legal ring, so just to reassure our listeners.
But Esther, thanks so much for hopping on with us today.
Maybe you can start by introducing yourself and telling us a little bit about how you got into sports in the first place.
Thanks, Jisoo.
So I was actually homeschooled for most of my elementary school life, so I had zero exposure as an asian family.
My mom hates sports, so pretty much zero exposure to any, like, athletics growing up.
