Hi, welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
And I'm Jisoo.
So today our topic is actually going to be something a little bit more on the personal side.
It's not quite sad girl summer, but we did want to talk a little bit about what it's like to get in our feels.
What are some ways that Crystal and I kind of deal with our emotions and what even brings up or like, draws out our emotions in the first place.
So to kick this episode off, Crystal, when is the last time you cried?
Whoa, the last time I cried, let me think.
It might have been like the end of May.
That was when my grandparents passed away.
Oh, yeah.
Sorry to start off this episode pretty sad right away.
Oh, no, I'm sorry to hear that.
But yeah, I think that might have been the last time.
Sometime towards the end of May or like, beginning of June, when you cry.
Do you feel like you have any, like, crying habits or like, how does that kind of process work for you?
I guess to expand.
Sometimes when I cry, I feel like my hands get really painful because I feel like the emotions sort of well up from my hands personally.
And then I'll sit on it a little bit and then after a little bit, my tears will come up and then I'll start to cry.
And I always cry a little bit less than I think I will.
