Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
And I'm Jisoo.
So for today, we have a kind of silly, but also very important topic to discuss.
Today we will be discussing some of our most important bodily functions, which are pooping and peeing.
For me personally, these two bodily functions are often kind of top of mind, whether it's the urgency of them, the frequency of them, or, in general, just the cadence of them as well.
And I think both pooping and peeing can really serve as major pillars in your daily routine, whether you know it consciously or not.
So let's kick this episode off with a kind of basic question.
What are your thoughts on peeing?
Just.
Just in general?
Yeah, just in general.
And maybe I can give you, like, my thoughts first and see if that gives you a starting point.
My thoughts on peeing is that sometimes I definitely enjoy peeing.
I think it's very satisfying to pee sometimes.
But the thing I dislike about peeing is that as women, it's not as easy or.
Or convenient for us to go in places that aren't our home or, like, bathrooms that we're not super familiar with.
So if there's, like, a porta potty or if I'm, say, on a train or like, a plane or something, I'm not really a big fan of using, like, public restrooms to pee that way.
Sometimes I feel like peeing is one of the smaller causes of my anxiety.
