  • Hi.

  • Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.

  • I'm Jisoo.

  • I'm Crystal.

  • And I'm Jane.

  • So you may find that Jane's voice seems familiar to you.

  • Jane has actually been on a couple of our podcast episodes before, and the most recent one shows on was episode number 105, all about kids, where we talked about baby fever, having your own kids, and exploring your inner child.

  • Today, we brought on Jane to talk about her experience at grad school, where she received a master of education, arts and education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

  • How many times can I say education in one sentence?

  • That's a lot.

  • Yeah.

  • I think one of the things that I found pretty interesting about Jane's experience is, one, how she took her degree and developed that into a career, and two, how her year of pursuing her master's was actually virtual.

  • So maybe we can kick this off by talking about how you chose this program in the first place, and then we can get into the other topics later on.

  • So this program I specifically chose because it was, like, a super flexible program.

  • So I only had one required course for my program and everything else I got to choose.

  • It's like you create your own course, basically, as long as you can prove that it can relate to education, which, like, of course, all my classes relate to education, but unfortunately, I was the last class of this program.

  • It's no longer existent.

  • Oh, no.

  • Yeah, unfortunately.

  • But that was kind of the reason why I chose it.
