Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
I'm Jisoo.
And I'm Tanaya.
Welcome back, Tinea.
For a lot of our longtime listeners, you might recognize Tinea.
She has been on the podcast a few times.
The last episode that Tanaya was on the pod with us was episode number 118, visiting the motherland, where we talked about going back to our parents cities that they grew up in.
Very heartwarming episode.
So check it out, if you haven't already.
Before we get to this week's topic, I have a slang word for us.
I'm slightly hesitant to call it completely Gen Z just because I feel like it's a slang word that a lot of millennials have easily adopted.
In fact, it might have come from millennials, I'm not super sure.
But either way, it's one of those, like, blurred lines ones where both Gen Z and millennials use this slang word a lot.
So the word is cringe.
And it's pretty self explanatory, you know, like, if something makes you cringe, then that is cringe.
The first instance that I can remember hearing this word is Reddit.
So Reddit, there was a pretty big subreddit called r cringe, if I remember correctly.
And then there would be a lot of videos on it.
