Last time we had you on was back in episode 120, Gym Rats and gym Noobs, where we talked about all things gyming.
Sad to say that I personally have not furthered my gym journey.
That's quite unfortunate.
But I am more active than when we recorded that episode.
So before we get to the topic at hand, I have a word to share this week, and my word is tweaking.
I actually don't have, like, a full, proper definition for tweaking, but essentially it's someone is acting out, maybe, or, like, not calm.
They're like, freaking out is the basic explanation that I can think of.
So I've seen it used, like, oh, this person's tweaking.
Don't listen to them, or, like, someone get them help or whatever.
So that's kind of the usage that I've seen tweaking, but I've seen it, like, all over TikTok.
And I feel like Gen Z loves to use this word.
Huh.
I feel like I've only ever seen it in the drug context, which is probably the more literal usage of the word.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
