Hi.
Welcome back to eat your crust podcast.
I'm Crystal.
And I'm Jisoo.
So today we wanted to talk about what I think is very on topic for my day because our I just went out last night, but we wanted to talk about partying responsibly and kind of surviving partying now that we're in our late twenties.
Oh, God, that feels so weird to say, dude.
It's kind of scary.
But the good part about being in our late twenties is we've had a lot of experience indulging in late nights and things like that.
So then I feel like now I actually do have a routine that helps keep me alive and minimizes hangovers and drunken mistakes.
So today we're happy to share these things with you, share from our learning.
So hopefully we can prevent one or two hangovers from our listeners lives.
Yeah.
Well, I will say the first and probably most common tip is always make sure to drink water.
Dude, this one seems so easy, but I feel like sometimes it's really hard to remember and, like, keep up.
It kind of depends on the pace of the night, but I feel like the nights where it's really chill and relaxed and everyone is kind of having a calmer time, then I feel like it's easier to remember to drink water.
But there are those nights where it's really fast paced.
Maybe you're hopping from bar to bar, then it's definitely hard to kind of keep up.
True.
I've noticed also, actually, that if you're drinking stuff like seltzers or beer, their water content is higher versus, like, say, a straight up shot, that water content is not as much.
So I've noticed that I actually stay more hydrated drinking seltzers and beer, even if I kind of forget to drink water in between.
