  I am a perfectionist and it has to stop because I 've literally wasted a good half hour sitting

  Every time I make a slight error or I say something in a way that I do n't like,

  I stop and I start again and I throw away everything that I 've done, no matter if it 's partly good, mostly good.

  I just chuck it in the bin and hit restart.

  It's not very productive.

  And I think we could all learn a lesson from my perfectionism.

  We could learn that you can be more productive if you just get out there and do it and stop

  worrying about what everyone else will think.

  So I need to take my own advice and just record, just put it out there.
