Israel has launched fresh airstrikes against the Iranian capital today,
the second straight day of attacks.
The strikes come a day after a joint U.S.
and Israeli military operation killed Iran's supreme leader,
raising questions about what comes next.
Iran has a formal process for selecting a new supreme leader,
but with the country now in the middle of an active conflict,
that process may be anything but normal.
NPR's Greg Mirey reports.
