Every Sunday, we talk about the week's tech news on This Week in Tech.
Hi, this is Leo Laporte, inviting you to join me this week with Lisa Schmeiser, Dan Patterson, and Yanko Reckers.
We're going to talk about the new 49 megabyte web page.
It's the standard, you know.
We'll also talk about Elon Musk, you've got some spleenin' to do, and the Yassify filter, new from NVIDIA.
That's This Week on This Week in Tech.
You'll find it at twit. tv or wherever you get your podcasts.
It feels like anyone who 's anyone on social media right now is fibre maxing,
maximising the fibre content in their breakfast, smoothies, brownies, you name it.
Hey, quick question.
Are you fibromaxing?
Everybody's talking about fibromaxing, but most people have no idea.
Let me explain.
This half-cup serving of oats only has four grams of fibre.
But to fibromax even more, here's what you could eat.
And yet, out here in real life, most of us aren't eating nearly enough fibre.
In the UK and the US, for example, studies show about nine out of ten people do n't,
with average intake about half what it should be.
This is the Food Chain from the BBC World Service with me, Ruth Alexander.
