We'll get right to the show, but first I wanted to let you know that I'm on my stand-up comedy tour,
Ricky's on the Loose, and I'm in Dallas this weekend.
And if you're in Washington, D.C., Montreal, Quebec, Edinburgh or London in the U.K., Portland
or Eugene in Oregon, Philadelphia, PA, or Houston, Texas, my tickets are for sale now at rickglassman.com.
And if you want to be the first to be notified
when I'm coming to your city because I'm adding dates as we speak,
go to rickglassman.com slash tour, sign up for my email list, and I'll let you know.
Hey, girls, get started without me.
I'll be right there.
Please, I'll be right there.
Now enjoy the show.
The show.
The show.
As a kid, my parents fought a lot.
It was scary.
I was taught to hide my emotions and told things like, don't cry and toughen up.
The toxic stress response I developed back then led to anxiety and high blood pressure.
Now I'm a parent and I'm doing it differently.
I support my son's feelings so he doesn't bury them.
