A senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, Victor Davis Hanson is the author of more than two dozen books,
including his classic study of the Peloponnesian War, A War Like No Other,
his history of the Second World War, which is titled The Second World Wars.
And his book on contemporary America, The Dying Citizen.
In 2020 and 2021, Dr. Hansen, who holds his doctorate in classics from Stanford right here,
in 2020 and 2021, he served on the president's advisory 1776 commission.
