单集文稿 ...

  • You're listening to the A to Z English podcast.

  • Hey, everybody.

  • Welcome back to another Jack Chat.

  • And today I'm going to read some listener emails and listener messages from our WhatsApp group.

  • I'm happy to answer any of your questions that you ask in the WhatsApp group, and I will try to do them on the Jack chats so that people can listen and follow along and understand the, the grammar or the vocabulary question or whatever questions you have, I'm happy to talk about those.

  • And we can also talk about episodes of the regular podcast.

  • If you have questions about the grammar chat, sorry, grammar episodes, the idioms, or the quick chats, feel free to write me on WhatsApp or send me an email.

  • And our email is a to zenglishpodcast@gmail.com.

  • dot.

  • It's a to Zenglishpodcast at.

  • So today what I would like to do is read a couple of emails from one of our favorite listeners out there.

  • We have many, but she is definitely one of our favorites, and we have interviewed her for the podcast.

  • And her name is Layla.

  • And Layla is from Saudi Arabia, and she's very active in our WhatsApp group.

  • And so I would like to share a couple of Layla's emails that she was kind enough to share with me and with our podcast.

  • So the first one is about the episode on superstitions.

  • And if you remember, a superstition is something that we believe, but, or not necessarily that we believe it.

  • But a lot of people in our culture often believe things that are not really can't be proven.

  • Like, they're, they're probably not true, you know?

  • And so in american culture, in western culture, we believe walking under a ladder is bad luck.
