Hey, what's up, everybody?
This is Jack from the A to Z English podcast.
I'm doing another episode of Jack Chats.
Jack Chats are bonus episodes where I read listener email, talk about things that are going on in my life.
I even read the WhatsApp chat log sometimes and share your comments from our WhatsApp group today.
I thought what we would do is I would read some listener email, and I've got a couple of really good emails about exercise.
We've had a very, I would say a good conversation about exercise on the what's in the WhatsApp group in the last few days.
Leading the charge is Patricia, who is quite the expert when it comes to exercise and has a lot of experience doing several different programs.
So it's been really, really great listening to her advice and also just reading everyone else's kind of thoughts about exercise.
And some of you are like me, you used to exercise, but now you've kind of stopped doing it.
Some of you keep a regular, consistent exercise routine, which is the best, I think, of all the options, that's the best one, is to keep a regular routine going.
Just a lot of different answers, a lot of different philosophies out there.
One of my problems is a diet, too.
I've been eating pretty poorly for the last month or so, so I really need to get back on eating good foods like real food, staying away from junk food like chocolate and things that are high in sugar.
Just those kinds of, just kind of simple, simple things that everybody knows but, but they're hard to follow because, you know, chocolate tastes good.
And not exercising is kind of, kind of nice to not do it, but I feel worse when I don't do it.
You know, I always feel better when I do it.
As a matter of fact, when I get into a regular exercise routine, I often find that for myself.
Once I'm doing it and I feel so good, I'm like, why haven't I been doing this my whole life?
Why do I stop?
