Welcome to the A to Z English podcast.
My name is Jack and this is an a to Z tips episode.
I am going solo today without social, but we will be doing a vocabulary.
I will be doing a vocabulary lesson here and it's pretty much just a.
I'm just giving you some tips on very specific vocabulary and today I want to talk about the difference between everyday and every day.
The first one, every day is one word.
Everyday, one word.
The second one is two words.
Every e v, e r y.
Space.
D a Y.
And the first one, every day is an adjective that means commonplace or ordinary.
So not special.
If something is not special, it is every day and every day.
My everyday shoes, my everyday lunch, every day, people, just not special.
