Welcome to the Ages in English podcast.
My name is Jack and I am.
Here with my partner, social.
We are the A to Z English podcast, and today we are going to.
Do a tips episode because we found.
That those are pretty popular lately.
And we've got actually three vocabulary words that we want to share with you.
And Sochul, why don't you tell us.
What those three words are?
Okay, so today we're going to be talking about the differences between really very and extremely and when you can use each.
So really is probably the one that, that has a duality about it.
So you can use it two different ways.
You can either use it the same way you might use very or extremely to emphasize that something is like very.
For example, if you use it in a sentence, she is really smart.
You can use it that way to emphasize a quality or some type of quality or adjective.
You can also use really to mean actually.
So if my friend says something ridiculous, and I didn't expect that they were serious later when they're like, hey, you didn't, you know, you didn't meet me at 02:00 a.m.
