Welcome to the A to Z English podcast.

Hit the subscribe button, the notifications button, and like the video, this is a Jack chat episode where I read listener emails and my first email is from Pahlavi.
And Pahlavi writes, hello, teacher Jack.
Teacher, I hope you are doing well.
I tried to write some example sentences on your latest lesson called bite the bullet.
Here are my sentences.
Number one, he has to bite the bullet to do that job to clear all his debts, which are on him.
Yeah, I think that works.
You could say you have to bite the bullet and get a job so that you can earn some money and pay your debts.
So if somebody doesn't want to work, so they're not working, and then they say, I have to bite the bullet and get a job.
That would work.
That one's a good one.
Number two, I was very nervous to give my presentation in front of the whole class, but I decided to bite the bullet because if I do not give my presentation, my professor will cut my marks.
Yeah, sure, that works.
