单集文稿 ...

  • Hey, everybody, this is Jack and this is going to be a short one.

  • As a matter of fact, this is actually my last Jack chat.

  • I'm not going to be doing Jack chats anymore.

  • What I will be replacing them with is Jack walks.

  • And I just find, I have found that through looking at the YouTube, um, comments and the feedback is that I think people like it when I'm out on the street walking around and they like to see the scenery, they like to look at the trees, the flowers, the parks.

  • It's a much more interesting way to listen to somebody speak English.

  • And there's also a lot of vocabulary that we can learn while we're out looking at nature.

  • And yeah, it's just a more interesting and more dynamic way to talk to you guys, to communicate with you.

  • And so I'm kind of sad to say this is my last Jack chat.

  • But I think just judging by the feedback that I received, I never really got a lot of people listening or watching the jack chats.

  • The numbers were quite low.

  • The numbers for the jack walks were much better.

  • And I've also just picked up some new equipment that I have now that will make my Jack walks a lot smoother and the sound will be a lot better and it'll have a more professional kind of look to it.

  • And I just think, like, getting out and moving around, for me, it's good for my health because it just makes me healthier to move my body.

  • And I find it more interesting because there's just a lot of stuff around us in the world that we can talk about and we can learn new vocabulary.

  • I'm not going to be reading your emails during my jack chats.

  • What I'm going to do is if you send me an email, I will probably respond through the WhatsApp group as a voice note.

  • So actually, instead of sending me emails, a better way to, if you want to get some feedback, is to write your answers or write your questions in the WhatsApp group or leave a voice note in the WhatsApp group and then I will listen to it and then I'll respond with a voice note.

  • And so this way is more like we're communicating in real life, you know, you talk to me, I talk to you, you talk to me, I listen to you, I talk to you, you listen to me.

  • That's a better way to correspond than to just do emails.
