And today we are going to do three idioms.
So this is idiom academy, and our first idiom, sochil, is fit as a fiddle.
So if somebody says to you or, you know, about themselves, they say, I am as fit as a fiddle.
What does that mean, Jack?
Fit as a fiddle refers to someone who is healthy, as healthy as they can be.
They're at the pinnacle, the top of their healthiness.
Right.
Just excellent physical condition.
Right.
Usually.
And usually when you're talking about, like, fitness, right?
Like, fit is a fiddle, peak physical fitness, or, you know, can run long distances without getting tired, has muscles, looks, you know, really healthy.
So.
Yeah.
And what is a fiddle, by the way?
A fiddle is a.
It's like a violin.
It is a violin, in fact, but it was just the type of island that's more often used in country music.
