30 分钟Welcome to the listening time podcast.
Hey English learners,
this is Connor and you're listening to episode 247 of the listening time podcast.
I hope you're ready to practice your listening comprehension with another episode.
And today we're going to talk about something that will be very useful for you.
I'm going to talk about language learning advice.
And I don't just mean that I'm going to give you advice.
I want to talk about all the advice that you hear on the internet or in person about language learning
because many people give their advice on how to effectively learn foreign languages.
And this advice will often contradict.
other people's advice and different people propose what they think is the best method to learn English or learn a foreign language.
And it can be overwhelming, meaning you feel like it's too much.
You don't know who to listen to.
This can be troubling for some people.
So,
I want to talk today about this topic and about what you can do and how to treat the different advice that you hear regarding language learning.
So I'm sure this will be a very useful and relevant topic today.
And I want to remind you that
if you want my help to understand native English speakers when they speak fast,
then make sure to sign up for my training so you can get my listening practice seminars in which I help you train your listening and I help you understand why certain things are hard to understand in English.
