it was just after ten on Thursday morning here in the UK that police released a statement saying they'd arrested a man in his 60s in Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
They didn't name the man, but it soon became clear this was no ordinary suspect,
but a former Prince Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, arrested on his 66th birthday of all days.
