My name is George Kunath.
I am an Associate Professor of Education and Academic Lead for the Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity,
based at the LSE's International Inequalities Institute.
I'm very pleased to be here to welcome Nathma Mohammath, Manisha Deshai, Afshfaq Kalfan,
and Mary Robinson to both your online audience and those who are joining us in person.
Nathma Mohammath, is an Atlantic fellow for social and economic equity,
the head of Nature-Based Solutions for UNEP World Conservation Monitoring Center,
and co-editor of Eco-Social Contracts for Sustainable and Just Futures.
Manisha Deshai is the Executive Director of the Center
for Changing Systems of Power and the Empowerment Trust Endowed Professor for Global Citizenship and Stony Brook University.
She is also a co-editor of Echo Social Contracts for Sustainable and Just Futures.
Ashfa Kalfan is the Director of the Sustainability Regulation Observatory and Distinguished Policy Fellow at LSE's Global School of Sustainability.
He was previously Climate Justice Director of Oxfam America and Law and Policy Director at Amnesty International.
Mary Robinson is the first woman president of Ireland,
former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, former chair of the Elders,
