15 分钟Okay, our friends.
So now that we have finished with Valentine's Day,
the next big thing here in the United States is President's Day.
Now the presidents are the guys that run the country and there's been quite a few of them.
And they have done a very good job because the country's still here.
It's still afloat.
And we'll see if we can continue the trend of good presidents.
But I tell you who some of the great ones were, right?
is the ones that started this country.
They have their work cut out for them.
They had a lot of work to do to make a country.
George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, those are the guys that started us out.
And I want to read to you about one of them
because he was particularly very interesting to listen to his work.
And this book, my friends,
that I'm about to read to you has got some of the most amazing pictures you ever seen in your whole life.
So you got to check it out.
Today's book is called Thomas Jefferson's Battle for Science and it has a subtitle which says,
Bias, Truth and a Mighty Moose.
The story was written by Beth Anderson and it's drawn by Jeremy Holmes and I cannot stress to you enough how much fun this book is to look at.
