Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is calling on countries to set aside their differences and pursue win-win cooperation,
urging dialogue instead of confrontation.
He made remarks when addressing the annual Munich Security Conference over the weekend.
On the sidelines, Wang held nine bilateral meetings,
including talks with the United States as well as a trilateral meeting with France and Germany.
This year's conference comes amid growing tensions in transatlantic relations.
Its annual security report, titled On the Brink,
warns that the world has entered an era for what it calls destructive politics,
with the post-war international order facing growing strain.
